A Sneak Peak at My First Photoshoot

One arm handstand anyone?

I am so excited to FINALLY share with you the wonderful photoshoot a friend of mine have been working on for some time now!

I had never really done any sort of a professional sports related photo shoot and I didn’t really know what to expect. But, within minutes Reagan Burton, owner of Rmb Photography and one of my college friends, had managed to put my nerves at ease — I felt as if I was just sharing my passions for Kettlebell Sport and Olympic Weightlifting with her.

Just one of those awesome candid moments!

I hope that these pictures show other people that anyone can do this and that no matter what size you are you can do extraordinary things. As you can see by the photos, I’m not a super buff Amazon woman who looks like she could lift the world. I’m just a small 5’3″ 112lb woman who has had to work very hard to reach the level of strength and skill that I have today.

Whether you are looking for weight loss, a cardio boost, a more dynamic strength routine, or you’re on a path to a bikini bod, kettlebell
training can get you there. I am a firm believer in that and I want to share my passion for kettlebells to the world!

The best part about this experience is that I get to help a friend broaden her horizons of photography and she gets to help me spread the word about kettlebell sport and that fitness can be for anyone!

As always, follow me on Instagram or Twitter to stay in the loop (and see more great photos from Reagan in the future!)!
